SARAH BREAKS THE HALF WAY BARRIER. SHE WILL PAY FOR IT LATER

Hornchurch’s glittering star is thundering through the streets of London as we speak, and 20 minutes ago she had reached the half way stage.

If courage and willpower are the fuel of athletes, then our Sarah has an overload of the stuff.

She is running to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease, the fatal disease her father John (below) lost his fight against only a few days ago, and so far raised more than £7.700.
